For the last three years the district administration has been tom-toming aboutmodernising a government taluka school atHaidribagh in Mehsana town. Today after three budget years, instead of showing the progress of the modernisation project the district education department placed a proposal for increase in themodernisation budget from the current Rs 4.18crore to Rs 7.39 crore.
